While Paraclete Counseling does not provide crisis services, please be aware that there are services available for you. If you or someone you love is experiencing a mental health crisis or having suicidal thoughts, please call 911 immediately. Additional services available are; 

The Crisis Suicide Hotline, and can be reached by simply dialing 988.

 There is an additional Crisis Text line at, 741-741 text, “HOME” and a crisis counselor receives the text and responds from a secure online platform.

RAINN National Sexual Assault Hotline is 1-800-656-4673.

California Peer Run Warmline at 1-800-845-6264 when you just need someone to hold space for you.

Please reach out if you are in a crisis, ending your life is never a solution. It is important to remember that personal problems are temporary and can often be overcome with support and time. While life is often challenges it comes with ups and downs. It holds the potential for growth, resilience and positive change. 

Remember you are never alone, and there are people who care about your well-being and are willing to help you through tough times.
